Director of Revenue Operations

SuccessKPI’s mission is to make it easy to transform customer experiences and drive insight, collaboration, and action that ultimately bring better outcomes organization from the front-line agent through to the CEO. We grew revenue by ten-fold last year and are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and launch our full funnel tech stack and processes.

You will play a key role in ensuring our revenue-generating teams (marketing, sales, customer success) have the right processes, technology, and visibility in place to meet their revenue targets.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Own our Salesforce implementation. You are an expert Salesforce and know exactly how to customize, integrate and make it the seamless singles source of truth for our funnel.
  • Own the full funnel tech stack: Not only are you exceptionally well versed in traditional tools across the stack, you are in tune with new trends in the space come with ideas for creating an Account-based, customer-focused view of the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with leaders across marketing, sales, customer success and our CISO to define requirements, implement technology and processes, and develop the reporting to proactively monitor workflows, campaigns and alignment to customer and revenue targets.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in approaches across marketing, sales and customer success.
  • Data Enrichment: Find or build mechanisms and databases that can enrich our existing data to improve our analysis and decision making.
  • Forecasting: Work to build out a forecasting engine to accurately predict future revenue.
  • Data management and enrichment for sales and marketing:  manage alignment to our TAM criteria with the creation of account lists, lead lists, and campaign cohorts to ensure account-based marketing and selling motions are aligned and orchestrated across teams.

Requirements:

  • Certified Salesforce Admin
  • Certified in a marketing automation platform
  • Experience with Google Analytics, ABM platforms and other marketing technology
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and bonus points for SQL skills
  • Expertise in delivering Account-based views for at least one area of the funnel (marketing, sales or customer). We have a preference for all three, but if you have nailed one and have the right expertise to bring your transformative account-based views to the full funnel, let’s talk.
