SuccessKPI Announces Executive Leadership Appointments In Global Sales Team
CHANTILLY, Va., Feb 10, 2023 – SuccessKPI, Inc., a cloud-native contact center customer experience insight and action platform provider, today announced the expansion of its leadership team to support accelerated global customer and partner growth. Jim Whatton, formerly the Vice President of North America Solution Consulting at Genesys, joins as Vice President of Global Sales Engineering. Emil Modugno has accepted an expanded role as Vice President of Sales, leading the North America and Global Sales and Channel Teams. Additionally, Patrick Forrester-Roberts has accepted an expanded position to lead SuccessKPIs international go-to-market teams as VP of Global Sales. Finally, Erin Stewart has been promoted to Senior Director of Enterprise Sales after serving as the Director of Emerging Markets.

Jim Whatton brings two decades of contact center experience and deep technical expertise. He has a deep track record of solving problems for customers in enterprise, mid-market and the public sectors.

Emil Modugno drove a rapid expansion of SuccessKPI’s partner program in 2022, achieving 3x growth of channel and partner opportunities for the sales team. His new role leading the combined sales and channel teams further enables that focus to bring continued value and impact for SuccessKPI’s aligned global sales team and customers.

Patrick Forrester-Roberts takes on an expanded role as Vice President of Global Sales and will direct all operations in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Forrester-Roberts has led 10x growth in SuccessKPI’s EMEA and APAC markets and with the charge of leading global operations, is poised to drive SuccessKPI’s rapid growth forward.
Erin Stewart steps into a newly expanded position of Senior Director Enterprise Sales. Stewart led SuccessKPI into key emerging markets and has hired and built the enterprise sales team from the ground up.

Kathleen Atkins joins as SuccessKPI’s first Vice President of Marketing responsible for go-to-market strategy, corporate marketing, growth and channel marketing, public and analyst relations globally. Recently, she served as Director of Corporate Marketing at Digital Realty, the world’s largest global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions. Before Digital Realty, Kathleen led marketing and customer success for Akoonu.
