President and CEO
Dave “Renny” Rennyson is a passionate SaaS veteran, global executive, a lifelong learner, and the co-author of “The Art of SaaS.” Dave is obsessed with customer success, solving big problems for his customers, and building highly usable SaaS products that transform the customer experience. As an early investor and founder of SuccessKPI, Dave recently joined full time as President and CEO. Prior to his role at SuccessKPI, Dave served in various senior executive roles at MicroStrategy, Genesys, Angel, Broadband Office Interactions, Spirent, and Verizon.
Dave ran sales for two years at Angel.com before being named President and CEO. Following five years of triple digit growth under his leadership, Genesys purchased Angel.com after which time Dave served as the Executive Vice President of Genesys Cloud at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. Following Genesys, Dave was recruited to join MicroStrategy where he served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at MicroStrategy, Inc and then as the Chief Revenue Officer of Interactions. Prior to these senior leadership roles, Dave has worked at the departmental level transforming enterprises of all sizes serving as Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Vice President of Engineering.
In the early start of his career, Dave served in technical and operational management roles at Verizon where he worked for almost a decade in areas of increasing responsibility in the contact center, switching control center, complex services, executive staff operations, and operations support systems development.
Dave holds more than a dozen patents ranging from IP network device testing and mobile applications to IVR and speech technology innovations. Dave completed his Bachelors Degree with honors in Economics at James Madison University and earned an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. As a Rotary Scholar, he completed his Master's Degree of Science in Information Technology at the Engineering and Computer Science Colleges of University College London. As a global executive, David and his wife Alisa have traveled to more than 25 countries. Dave lives in Virginia with his wife and three children. He enjoys running, reading, skiing, traveling, and trying to play Catan at times too competitively with his family.
CTO and VP of Engineering
Piyush drives technology vision and architecture across SuccessKPI. He leads a globally distributed and diverse team of technologists responsible for building, operating and securing the company’s innovative serverless, highly secured and AI driven products and platform. He is also a member of company’s Board of Directors.
Prior to SuccessKPI, Piyush held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte, Amazon Web Service (AWS), Genesys, MicroStrategy etc. He brings over 20 years of product development experience in enterprise software including leading analytics, big data and AI based platforms in contact center space.
Piyush holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from GLSIIT, Ahmedabad, India and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from Gujarat University, India.
Additionally, Piyush is a co-founder of an international school in India (Rangoli International School) for children in 1st Grade through 10th Grade. Piyush volunteers with BAPS Charities, which specializes in community empowerment, educational services, humanitarian relief, health and wellness, and environmental protection.
Chief Product Officer
Praphul loves to build what’s next. He has a passion for solving customer problems by leveraging design, technology and data science in a SaaSy way. Praphul brings over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience, AI and Analytics space and held leadership positions in many organizations like Microstrategy and Genesys where he built and launched many products in the market.
Praphul holds a Bachelor’s degree from IIT India and MBA from University of Maryland College park. In his extra time, he loves to cook, watch movies and go on long drives with family.
VP Global Customer Success
Carlos oversees all SuccessKPI customer implementations. He is dedicated to helping customers accelerate time-to-value and maximize business benefits of using the SuccessKPI platform.
Carlos has an extensive background in analytics and cloud technologies, and more than 15 years of experience working with customers from a wide range of industries. Before joining SuccessKPI, he led the Americas Sales Engineering Team at MicroStrategy. Prior to that, he served as MicroStrategy’s global technical head of partnerships, and as a product manager in charge of web interface development.
Carlos holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Director of Sales
Vance manages the global sales team and is responsible for forecasting, budget, developing new strategic partnerships and business development.
Prior to joining SuccessKPI in 2019, Vance held senior sales positions at 8x8 and ShoreTel managing commercial accounts while developing the go to market strategy for Federal and State & Local market. Vance was also at Nortel Government Solutions earlier in his career where he managed relationships with strategic partners and systems integrators including General Dynamics, Leidos and Ronco, meeting sales quotas in excess of $36 million.
Vance has a bachelor of arts degree from Wifrid Laurier University in Canada.
Director of Marketing
Jaclyn is responsible for all marketing and communications strategies.
Prior to joining SuccessKPI in 2021, Jaclyn managed multi-channel marketing programs for analytics solutions at MicroStrategy. Previously, she managed demand generation marketing programs for Genesys cloud-based customer experience solutions.
Jaclyn received a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her four years at UNC, Jaclyn started on the varsity field hockey team and won a National Championship and two ACC championships.
